Dr Ellie Ngoh

MBBS - Principal Investigator

As an agile medical professional with more than 8 years of combined experience in the public health system and multi-phase clinical trials, Dr Ngoh is uniquely positioned to understand the challenges to medicine, clinical research and the commercial interface of these rapidly changing fields. 

Dr. Ngoh earned her medical degree from the University of Queensland in 2016. She is currently completing her Advanced Post-Graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine with the James Lind Institute. Throughout her career, Dr. Ngoh has become particularly passionate about clinical pharmacology, cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndromes, finding fulfillment in both clinical practice and advancing research. Dr Ngoh is passionate about the development of novel therapeutics that are more efficacious and with a better safety profile. 

Having successfully conducted over 60 studies as Sub-Investigator, Dr. Ngoh is overseeing her first study as Principal Investigator in Q1 2025. Her extensive clinical trials experience spans across all phases and various therapeutic areas, including obesity, chronic diseases and vaccine trials, contributing to significant advancements in clinical research.   

Dr. Ngoh was formerly the Medical Operations Manager at Nucleus Network (Q-Pharm), where she gained extensive experience in leading the medical team within phase 1 trials.   

Outside of clinical work, Dr Ngoh enjoys learning about the gastronomy of different cultures and collecting specialty cookbooks. Having grown up in the multicultural melting pot of Singapore, Dr Ngoh appreciates discussions about food subcultures and the history of regional cuisines.
